Recording blurry no matter what I do

I have tried dozens of recording settings, but my recordings are never sharp. They are always a bit blurry which makes it extremely annoying to watch.

Here's my log file with my current settings:

Format: flv
Encoder: NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (new)
Rate Control: CQP
CQ Level: 15
Preset: Quality
Profile: high
Look-ahead: Enabled
Psycho Visual Tuning: Enabled
GPU: 0
Max B-frames: 2

Anything that I haven't mentioned should be at default value or disabled.

Your log needs to be after youve tried recording and playing a game, so people here can see if your dropping frames etc :) so record and play a game for a few minutes, and then upload the log :)

I did get the log after a recording, but it was very short. I'll try to get another one from a recording that lasts longer.

https://obsproject.com/logs/fw13bKl1hUiJ-FGP Here is my newest log. From a 15 minutes recording. It still looks blurry. I have no idea why. When I look at other videos, they look sharp and high quality, unlike mine.

Make sure you run OBS as admin

Also i noticed this

15:54:13.436: Loaded scenes:
15:54:13.436: - scene 'Scene':
15:54:13.436: - source: 'Desktop' (monitor_capture)
15:54:13.436: - source: 'Minecraft' (game_capture)
15:54:13.436: - source: 'Roblox' (game_capture)
15:54:13.436: - source: 'Livesplit' (window_capture)
15:54:13.436: - scene 'Scene 2':

Do you have multiple captures in the same scene? as there should only be one game or monitor capture etc. Try remove them all except 1 game capture for the game ur testing and try again :)

Sadly it's still not fixed.
New one:
I only use one source at a time, so I doubt it's an issue.

Update: Rendering the video in 4K resolution fixed half of the issue, but when uploading to youtube, there are still some places where theres random blurry squares as if the bitrate was low or something
