Question / Help Recording black screen and or skips around

Hey I was testing obs studio and classic and whenever I record gameplay in csgo the video skips around but the audio is there idk what I'm doing wrong any suggestions?

set your base res to 1366x768 and your output res to 1280x720 or 960x540 or 854x480

Don't use ICQ on quicksync.

Try using VBR or CBR on quicksync with a high bitrate. You can also try CQP on quicksync. For local recordings you shouldn't use x264 especially on that PC, but if you have to then definitely use CRF.
