Recording Black Bars in game capture

I am trying to record a game, however, no matter how I scale the screen, it records black bars on the side of the video. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling OBS, running my game in fullscreen mode, and scaling the screen on the capture software as well as adjusting the resolution in settings. No matter what, I get black bars on the sides of the video. Is there something I am Missing?

Nevermind. It was not a problem with OBS, it was a problem of my video player not being full screen. I am an idiot. No problems here.
