Recording Audio in a Zoom Call

I use OBS to record Zoom calls. The audio and video of the call work great, but the recording does not capture my audio. I sort of understand the problem, but I cannot figure the way to have my audio incorporated into the recording. I tried the Windows "listen" function on the driver, and that works, but it creates an echo. My computer is Windows 10.

I also cannot determine how to configure OBS to capture both video and audio of a Zoom meeting session. I cannot find any instructions .... What parameters do I need to set to capture a Zoom meeting session?
