Recording audio by a THX Spatial Synapse device doesn't work in OBS

Hi, guys,
I used a Razer Kraken mic and played APEX LEGEND with the THX Competitive Mode.
The audio recorded by OBS appeared non-voice.

So I can't record my game normally now, it's annoying...
Is there any way around the issue?
