Question / Help Recording audio and video are seconds off

This has been annoying as obs seems to record audio and video off seconds which i have seen when "Game Capture" making this annoying to fix when trying sync a chest opening and closing at the same time instead of 2-4 seconds off. After every update they do it seems to grow more up to 3-4 seconds off
