I was trying to figure out why my recordings were blurry. I tried increasing bitrate, resolution, changing the decoder, and file type. None of that seemed to help but then I realized something. My MacBook Air M1 has a native resolution of 2560x1600, but when I check the properties of the "macOS Screen Capture" source it says, "Built-In Retina Display: 1680x1050 @ 0,0." So I changed the recording resolution to be under 1680x1050 and it was. However it would not record at anything higher than 1680x1050. This is obviously a big issue because who wants to watch a video under 1080p. How can I change that resolution so I can actually utilize what I am recording at? I want to record at 2560x1600, that is 1440p but scaled to the native resolution of my MacBook.
