Question / Help Recording at 60fps, footage seems a little bit more stuttery than I'm used to

Hi! I'm new to OBS, trying to convert from ShadowPlay but having a few issues (If anyone's able to help with the issue in that thread, that would be great too!)

My new issue is, I've been testing out OBS when its worked tonight with my friends, I came back to look at the footage and it all seemed a bit... stuttery. Not dramatically, just enough for me to notice since I spend a lot of my day looking at my previously recorded footage. If I never used ShadowPlay until this moment, I probably wouldn't notice the dip. People rave about OBS, so I'm sure the problem is I've done something wrong, so I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with my settings to get closer to the 'feel' I'm used to.

I've made an issue of my problem:
You might see it and see no difference between the two clips. If you watch slowly from 0:21, you might better see the issue. (Slowing down the footage of youtube makes it more obvious too I think).

It's not the end of the world, but I'm sure there's gotta be a way to fix it, right?

Here's a pastebin of my log from that clip above. In the log it doesn't look like any frames were dropped?

Also, if my video is missing out on information, here's all my settings when NVENC works:

Any help? Or any help with my previous thread? Desperate to get involved with OBS.

Shadowplay is using 50MB but you have OBS using 30MB. Any reason for that? Recordings usually need as much bandwidth if you want close to lossless quality. Try setting OBS to 50MB

Apparently you were 100% corrected, thanks for teaching me something I didn't know. I figured the bitrate would just lower the quality and file size, not the frames (maybe? Dunno if my issue was frames). Either way, upping it to 50MB pretty much eliminated my one issue. Thanks so much!
