Recording at 60 FPS and playing at 120 FPS but still choppy

Before I had reset my computer, OBS Studio was completely fine and I was using the exact same settings as I was before I resetted it. Now everytime I try and record it's choppy, and I've looked on the internet to see if I could fix it but I couldn't. https://obsproject.com/logs/9DpWsZ1HfKb2PXww

Your monitors funky refresh rate may be causing it, a quick specs check & it looks like it supports 60HZ.
