Question / Help Recording aren't "choppy", but rather "jittery"?

Whenever I record gameplay the end file is always "jittery". By this I mean the video will very commonly skip back a frame or two and keep playing. It is very noticeable and very annoying. For an example of what I mean I uploaded a short clip to YT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5THQGhXwzTA&feature=youtu.be

I don't know why this happens, and any help would be appreciated!

Settings on OBS: Recording Quality: Same as stream, recording as mp4 because mkv is super choppy and bugged. I don't like it.
Stream Quailty: 1800 bitrate, software x264,

Okay so, fixed it myself. Turns out that because I'm still running on the iGPU cuz #poorlife, there was simply too much stress on my CPU for those settings, working on a nice balance right now, jittering is gone.
