Question / Help Recording are Choppy/Stutter

Hi,
I am trying to use OBS to record gameplay, but the recordings are very laggy. The game in question is Fortnite. I have tried multiple encoder settings and had no success. I don't use OBS to stream. The OBS preview does not lag at all, nor does the game. Could someone review my log file to see if I have the optimal settings for a 2700x CPU? Thanks.

My Specs are,
AMD 2700x Ryzen
GTX 1080
16 GB RAM
4k Monitor (60 HZ), OBS preview
1080 Monitor (144 HZ) Gameplay

According to your log, your recorded video should be perfect. There are no lagged or lost frames.

Try a different media player, for example VLC or Media Player Classic. There are some reports that the internal media player of Windows isn't always able to display these kind of videos fine.
