Bug Report Recording and Streaming STUTTERING

Yesterday i installed OBS Studio after 1 year of streaming with OBS Classic

When i try to streaming my gameplay(with OBS STUDIO) my viewers saw it stuttering (My game doesn't lag). So i try to recording my gameplay cause i tough that it`s a bitrate problem but it stuttering too!
I don`t know where is the problem cause i never had problems with OBS Classic!

that my Spec

  • MB: ASUS H97-PLUS
  • CPU: Intel i7 4770k
  • RAM: KIT CORSAIR DDR3 8GB (2X4GB)
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX970
  • HDD: SSD Kingstone 120GB
  • HDD 2: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
  • MONITOR : Philips ècran LCD V-line 24"
    Windows 10

    I hope u answer soon, i don`t want to come back to Obs Classic!

Go to Settings > Output > CPU Usage:

You may need to adjust that to a faster option. With Overwatch I need to put it on veryfast, other games are fine for me. So you may need to change for the game.
