Question / Help Recording and Replay buffer causing issues

Recording and running a replay buffer at the simultaneously was no problem for the longest time. Out of nowhere OBS is now causing issues running them at the same time. causing both ways of recording to fail and not capture any recording and will not allow me to stream either. (see attached image for the following) there is no issue when either doing replay buffer OR record. the issue lies when doing both at the same time. the disk full in approx shows as a negative time when there is clearly 900gb+ of space available. when only recording the disk full in approx time shows as a reasonable number and immediately changes when enabling replay buffer.

Have not been able to solve issue. I stream from x264 and record from NVENC (new). repaly buffer works fine if I am no recording at the same time and vice versa, but as soon as I try to record and replay buffer at the same time... the stream crashes, replay buffer no longer works, and the recording is no longer continuing. been doing it this way for years. Issues are arising after v24 update.
