Question / Help Recording an hour with an average 6-9 minutes showing up

OBS crashed last week and I didn't think anything of it. I did 8 full recordings without checking any of them or starting the editing process. It's not really a big deal that they aren't complete. I can re-watch the matches and record them like so. The problem is that OBS won't record more than 6-9 minutes on average even though they range from 30-60 minutes each. I have tried several times to re-record them with no success. I've tried all manner of settings changes and nothing seems to work for me. I have made 2-3 gb files in the past with no problem. This only started after it crashed I believe.

Try a different encoder or different settings, your QSV can't keep up at 1080p60.

I switched it to QSV hardware instead. I also lowered both canvas and output resolution considerably. It's closer to what it needs to be but still not quite. Should I try bilinear instead of bicubic next? Or just keep lowering output resolution?

And my game keeps lowering about halfway through recording, if that info helps any.

And it won't stop recording all the time. Sometimes it'll just say stopping recording and I have to exit OBS fully to make it stop. Can anyone help me with this?

And it also seems to be a still frame, what's been recorded. Although, it is several of them.
