Recording Ableton Live (not streaming)

Hey all,

I hope you can help. I have watched many tutorials but the quality of my recordings seem to be getting worse. On the screen ableton looks fine to me, however when I've finished recording the text is barely visible. The many settings I've tried have failed, in fact they may have made it worse!

Hello! I am having the same problem, did you ever find a solution? My recordings of my live ableton sessions are super metalic and poor quality.
