recording a worship service that lasts for an average of 1hr

Hello guys, we want to record our worship service that lasts for an average of 1hr using OBS. may question is what is the best setting for recording? some tutorial videos say VBR and could be 10000 to 40000kbps while others say it should be CBR at 10000 to 40000kbps also. My laptop has no video card so the processing handles by the CPU which is i7 9th gen, 8Gb RAM. With this specs what do you suggest when it comes to bitrate settings? thank you

Use simple output mode and choose an appropriate recording quality at the corresponding dropdown list. If possible, use Hardware (QSV) as encoder instead of x264.

thanks. when recording i should use qsv but when doing live stream x264? did i get it right? thanks again
