Question / Help Recording 60fps (BenQ XL2411Z)

So, I have a bit of a problem here, I'm trying to record my gameplay so when I upload it, it will be 1080p 60fps. So far I have the 1080p sorted but not the 60fps. Comparing my video to others it looks a bit cloppy, but I've tried setting the monitors refresh rate to 60fps (although this doesn't run smooth) and I've tried recording at 144fps.

I have a secondary monitor that is 60hz, but I'd hate to use that one as the 144hz monitor is my favorite. I have tried keeping obs open on one monitor then trying to keep it on the same monitor as the game I'm playing but still the end result is the same.

The game I'm trying to get footage off is Counter-Strike Global Offensive, but the only problem is that I've recorded rocket league (without V-Sync) and that came out fine at 60fps with no stuttering what so ever. I tried v-sync but it didn't change anything.

keep obs on the monitor you play
"limit capture framerate option" in game capture source may help with 144hz but afaik it wont be so smooth as if you switched you game monitor desktop to 60. playing or recording. blue or red pill
