Question / Help Recorded videos are very choppy, and freeze a lot

when im playing and recording games i don;t experience much lag but after i finish recording and watch the video it is always very laggy. the audio is fine but the videos are unwatchable. im sure my settings are the issue but i ave tried lots of different combinations of settings and so far nothing has helped me.

Your GPU cannot keep up with playing PUBG and streaming at the same time. What is your average FPS on that game on minimal settings along with 70% screen scale?

im not sure what my exact average is but its always between 40-60 FPS.

is there anything i can do to my settings to help this issue at all? some of the video is fine but most of it is quite laggy.
