So, I think this is an easy one... I live stream sports events, and sometimes I don't have great Internet. When I used to stream and the upload signal was weak, the video would be glitchy in the stream, but it would still send high-quality frames to YouTube, and the recorded video would be perfect. Apparently I've changed a setting and now the video is pixelated, like the video quality is being downgraded to accommodate the signal strength. The recorded video is pixelated also, like OBS is capturing whatever low-quality video was rendered for the stream. Is there a setting I can change to still have high-quality RECORDED video, even if the upload signal is weak (and the stream is glitchy)?
