Recorded video file has slightly higher FPS than it should

Hello, I stumbled upon something strange. I noticed that all my OBS Studio recordings which I made with 60 fps seem to have a slightly higher FPS than they should. It's not even always the same, the numbers for 3 different files are: 60.000023 / 60.000004 / 60.000015 fps

These frame rates are shown by all video players I opened the files with and also by Shotcut. Should I presume that this number is a computation error and use (exactly) 60 fps when editing the files or keep their divergent frame rates?
