Question / Help Recorded video doesn't fit OBS Screen

I am setting up a new computer and for some reason, I can't seem to get the resolutions right. I can get OBS set to the correct size for the video but when I start recording, the screen changes to a size that doesn't fit the recording screen in OBS.

I hope this is an easy fix.
