Recorded sound different

Anyone ever experienced where you were monitoring the audio of your recording, only to find out that the recorded video has an entirely different audio quality on it?

I'm really frustrated now because this is such a shameful occurrence for our guest, and the recording cannot be the same like it was before.

but the strange thing is it doesnt happen when i change to another scene. the format of our recording is like a lecture, so there are time where we push the presentation only, and then change the scene where the presentation and the guest is also visible

Can you post the log file of the session that this occurred in?
