Bug Report Recorded files freeze/crash MPC and VLC when skipping playback, but play from start just fine.

I'm recording files for later upload to YouTube. Happens to both my 1080p and 4K recordings.

I record my files. They upload to YouTube just fine. If I load them in MPC-HC or VLC, they play... until you skip somewhere. Then it just freezes and the program becomes unresponsive and requires you to force close it. I've tried waiting "awhile" but it shouldn't take a few minutes to skip for a 4 GB video that's ~1 hour long. I've played movies and not had that problem.

Anyone else have this problem?

Seems like the issue doesn't apply when I turned off Two-Pass recording. All other settings identical. (Whether 1080p or 4K).
