Recorded file sizes now 4 times bigger?

I record once weekly at around the same time using "Output Timer" but I just noticed the files recently got much larger than before (about 4-4.5x larger). Used to be 1.8-2.5GB. Now it's 10.5-10.6GB.

I never changed the settings. Same hardware. Never updated anything.

My recording settings--
Recording Quality: High Quality, Medium File Size
Recording format: mkv
Encoder: Hardware (NVENC)

Can someone take a look at the log and let me know what I need to do to go back to smaller files?'

July 12th(and anything before that) is around 2.4GB. July 26th (and anything after that) is around 10.5GB.

Thanks!

With the "High Quality" option, the resulting file size depends on the content, more movement / action results in a higher bitrate as the content becomes more difficult to encode. Your settings seem identical, so the only thing that may have changed is how complex your content is.

Thanks!

Hmmm...I am just recording a "Microsoft Teams Meeting" every time with basically very similar content each week(nothing fancy).

Now that I think about it we just upgraded to a newer version of "Microsoft Teams" so maybe that's causing the file size jump? :(
