Recorded audio digital crackling+sounds like sample rate mismatch

Forgive me if there's a thread already on this, but I couldn't find it.
Running Windows 10 PC. Apollo Twin audio interface records flawlessly into my DAW(audio recording software)...but when I record a video in OBS I get digital crackling, and what sounds like a sample rate mismatch, as my voice sounds pitch dropped down. I have tried 44.1 and 48 and set both my audio interface and OBS to be matched rates, and restarted everything including OBS to update the sample rate.
Audio is working perfectly on my PC everywhere but into OBS it is not, and it is driving me crazy! I tried Streamlabs and have the same issue, so it's something to do with audio getting to these platforms properly. I have the latest version of OBS (29.1.2) and it was doing the same with version 27 before I updated it to see if that was the problem.

Anybody have any ideas what I may be missing?? I have attached a log file....

Thanks !!!!

The only thing that jumps out at me is this:
Code:
15:06:12.616: WASAPI: Device 'VoiceMeeter Output (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO)' [44100 Hz] initialized
15:06:12.620: WASAPI: Device 'Microphone (Universal Audio Thunderbolt WDM)' [44100 Hz] initialized
15:06:12.622: WASAPI: Device 'Speakers (Universal Audio Thunderbolt WDM)' [48000 Hz] initialized
15:06:12.623: WASAPI: Device 'Microphone (Universal Audio Thunderbolt WDM)' [44100 Hz] initialized
15:06:12.623: WASAPI: Device 'Microphone (Universal Audio Thunderbolt WDM)' [44100 Hz] initialized
Can your "Speakers" be set to 44.1k to match everything else? Or everything else set to 48k?

Hey Aaron, just saw your reply here now...damn- I guess I didn't get notified about it... thanks for the response! I still haven't figured this out!!!
My Universal Audio thunderbolt software says it's set to 48khz, and as far as I understand it controls the mic and the speakers...not sure how the microphones and the speakers could be separate sample rates....but that looks like it is the problem according to the log, you are right. I have no idea how to change this though. OBS and my audio interface are both set to 48khz, so what the hell??
Any idea how this could be happening?
Thanks!!!

Hey again! So I just reinstalled my audio drivers for the UAD and now the sample rates and the pitch of my voice are right, but still getting major crackling...I'll attach a log again if you have time can you have a look?

The last line in my last OBS log says: 14:40:51.433: Source Desktop Audio audio is lagging (over by 24687.07 ms) at max audio buffering. Restarting source audio.
Guessing that's the problem but I have no idea how to fix. My UAD driver is set to 512 buffer size, I tried increasing that but no luck

...no way to change it since it is greyed out
Device either has its own util to configure its parameters or other sample rates for this device is not supported.

Mac toys are not the best choice for Windows. Maybe you need to look for other solutions.

I had a similar issue where my audio interface seemed to be the source of static noise I was getting in recordings. Tried all suggestions I could find on forums such as changing sampling rates, adjusting settings in the windows mixer and OBS - I found a post on this forum about ASIO Link Pro and it resolved my issue for me..I no longer have crackling noise coming through OBS when recording.. Ahh feels good saying that:

Here's the original post (shoutout to Slavchko for the suggestion!)

Here's the video I followed:
