Record Zoom only?

How can I record only zoom screen(include audio and mic) I mean no other window screen or features should record and I can use other window features and tasks?

I'm pretty sure there's a feature directly in zoom that does that. Go to setting, then recordings, then local recording. It should allow you to do other tasks but the host can block the feature for participants so if the option is not available, it might be because your host didn't allow it.

Yup zoom host not allowed that's why I am asking about obs recoding?
