Question / Help Record without overlays, stream with overlays?

Is there a way that I can set my sub count and chat overlays to only show up when streaming? I won't be streaming and recording at the same time. I know you can always hide the sources, but is there a way to automatically hide the sources when recording and/or automatically re-enable them when streaming?

short and sweet no the only way i know would be with lua script or python
