Question / Help Record PS4 chat and PS4 game Audio on Separate Tracks?

As the title states is there a way to record the PS4 party chat audio on a different track then the game audio?
 
If you use a capture card for the audio and it only shows up as a single audio device, there is no way OBS can separate the audio from a single source.
