Record Internal and external display at the same time on a laptop

I feel like this has always been a problem with OBS on laptops with multiple GPUs (Intel Graphics and Nvidia), depending on which GPU is used by OBS, only one of the displays would be able to be captured. But now I need to capture both screens at the same time, is this still not possible with OBS on Windows?
