Question / Help Record game sound only, not music

So, I'm pretty new to OBS and uploading to YouTube but from what I've heard it's not a good idea to have Spotify playing while recording. Thing is, I love my music and it helps me play a lot better. Is there a way to have OBS record everything except Spotify while having all of my audio through my headset? Thanks in advance!

There are many tutorials on YouTube. Instead of including Spotify you want to exclude it.
