Record for 1 hour and stop

I forget to stop recording after I start recording. It records for hours and takes up a lot of storage space.

Is there a setting in OBS Studio to stop recording after 1 hour automatically? I'd like to set it once so I don't have to do it for each recording.

Is it possible?

Is it retained after I restart my computer ?

I an concerned if I need to do this every time I restart my computer.
