Record audio stream in wav file (uncompressed)

I want to record my stream in loseless: wav, aiff, even flac but no aac or any other lossy codec. I noticed there are dozens of weird combinations possible between video format, video encoder,audio encoder:
What is the right setting to have an uncompressed audio stream?
