I start recording it runs smoothly except when I go to stop recording. It goes on forever saying "stopping recording" I have to double click it once when it says stop recording and then again when it says stopping recording. When I go to the file it has only recorded 3 to 4 seconds of the 2 minute recording.

Hi! Please post a log from a recording session where this has happened. How far into your recording did you click "Stop Recording" the first time, and then how far in did you click "Stop Recording" again?

I'm reasonably certain that your processor cannot live encode 1080p video, and I'm not sure if it'll manage at all. Change your settings to these:

Output
Output Mode: Simple
Streaming
Video Bitrate: 4000 (assuming you're trying to stream to YouTube)
Recording
Recording Quality: Indistinguishable Quality, Large File Size
Recording Format: flv
Encoder: "Software (x264 low CPU usage preset, increases file size)

Video
Output (Scaled) Resolution: 1280x720
Common FPS Values: 30

Then try to record again.

Even that won't work, that CPU is basically unusable for streaming.
Yeah, I really didn't think it would. I'm not really familiar with APUs, so I wasn't 100% sure, but I was pretty sure it was too underpowered.

I'm not trying to stream I am trying to record....
Your log file showed a streaming attempt to YouTube, which is why I mentioned it.

Regardless, consensus here seems to be that your processor is not strong enough to do what you want here.
