Question / Help Reconnecting Video/Image for live stream input

Hi guys,

I hope anybody can help me with what i am looking.
I am looking for a script of plugin, that when my live video input on OBS gone is or offline, automated OBS show a "Offline or Reconnection image or video"

I am streaming live outdoor, with a external stream encoder, i streaming to my PC with OBS.

Ps. Sorry for my English :P
