reconnecting issues

So I've been streaming for 3 months now and I just bought some new gear to stream with Lenovo Ideacentre 3 07ADA05 (specs in log file)

I've been having difficulties streaming decently ever since. Everytime I stream the connection fails out of nowhere and frames drop tremendously

I had changed some set-ups: activated the dynamic bitrate & changed the CPU usage from very fast to ultrafast.
This is the log file: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ewuIqJFrITttuJAHa_g9ubWS6TGdEgpNfKFp1OOxBPI/edit?usp=sharing

I then restarted my PC and started streaming 3 hours later...
I just cut off this stream because my connection dissapeared for again... This time I didn't have any dropped frames but when I checked on YouTube it said "No data".
this is the log file of that live stream: https://obsproject.com/logs/TbXLnrJISFNHLgeG

This is the log file of a test run I did afterwards with the dynamic bitrate and ultrafast CPU usage: https://obsproject.com/logs/R8g641Wr2v0B6ejf
and without the dynamic bitrate and ultrafast CPU usage: https://obsproject.com/logs/51nmkmbd0jX46MHh

Reading through those logfiles, your connection is EXTREMELY unstable. This is not something OBS settings can fix, you will need to pursue it with your ISP or local network connection.
