Recommended settings

I want to only record the gameplay of Rocket League and sometimes PUBG Mobile on emulator. Please guide me with best settings I can go for?

Specifications I got:
Intel i7-8750h
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
Ram: 16 GB
Windows 11 22H2
OS Build: 22621.2283

I prefer to upload videos on youtube and facebook @1080p60fps after recording.
P.S: I won't stream at all. I am new to OBS so please guide in detail.

Running PUBG mobil on emulator is against their ToS and considered cheating.
Not sure if your computer can manage what you want but will do good at 720p 30fps.

Excuse me! PUBG Mobile have its own official emulator known as Gameloop.It is not considered as cheating. Correct yourself and don't tell people something that you don't know about.
