Question / Help Recommended settings for recording

Hello I wanna record in games like PUBG, CSGO, FIVEM, GTA V, ETS 2, FIFA 18 and I don't know what setting to use, what bitrate. I wanna do it in 1080p 1920x1080 resolution, can you help me with optim settings please?
My pc specs:
-Intel Core i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz
-MSI Z270 PC MATE
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
-1TB Western Digital WDC
-16gb ram DDR4

Settings - output
Output mode: Simple
Recording quality: Indistinguishable
Recording format: FLV
Recording encoder: h.264 nvenc

The bitrate on that screen is for streaming, and if you're using the indistinguishable recording quality like I said, the bitrate box is ignored and the encoder chooses the bitrate for you based on the quality target, amount of detail and motion in the scene, resolution and framerate.

It's all automatic.
