Question / Help Recommended OBS Settings

Well, when I record, it has a little blur quality. I tried to record 1 and 15 minutes videos, it doesn't show that the encoder is overloading, and I tried to record for more than 20 minutes, it shows that my encoder is overloading and the video became laggy. I don't want to stream, I only want to record gameplays. My settings and my computer's information is below:

your computer is not that fine to record, you need to tune down your setings by a BUNCH, you dont have a video card which makes it really hard, because your CPU is also not good enough to record with x264. Just tune down your settings by a LOT
