Question / Help Recommended OBS settings

Hi guys,

My PC specs:

MOBO - MSI Z97 Gaming 3
CPU - Intel i5 4690K @ 4,5 Ghz
GPU - MSI GTX 1070 8GB
RAM - Kingston DDR3 16GB 1600Mhz
Monitor - Acer Predator 144Hz FullHD

Could someone help me with configuring main OBS parameters (FPS, reloslution, encoding, atc..) regarding my PC? I wanna try play and stream games at the same time.

There exist TONS of guides here and this question has answered Billion times, how about using the search function. The recommend settings are based on what your pc can handle and how fast your internet connection is + if the game is CPU or GPU intensive or not.
