Recommended Mac laptops to use OBS in

My church wants to start to use OBS to livestream services to facebook. The problem is that we do not know what Mac laptop OBS can best work in.

Any recommendations for Mac laptops?
Is there any additional things we will need (besides the external camera) to livestream using OBS?

Or would you recommend we go with a windows laptop? If yes, which windows laptop do you recommend?
