Question / Help Recommended CPU usage preset?

With my old CPU which was an AMD A6-3670 APU, I used the 'Ultra Fast' preset as it isn't a very good CPU, my new CPU is an intel i7-7700k, so i'm, wondering which preset to use, also, what difference does it make if the preset is slower or faster?

The CPU usage preset affects picture quality per bitrate. The closer to "veryslow" in the list, the more picture quality is maintained in the same bitrate, at the cost of increased cpu usage.
