Recommendations for ITX build

Our church streams its services every week. because of our limited bandwidth we have been broadcasting at 640 by 480 at 20 frames per second. Now we have fiber optic. So, we desire to stream at 1080p but the computer that we have is insufficient. I am wanting to set up an ITX configuration that will take up minimal space. However oh, I want it to be powerful enough to stream 1080p at 30 frames per second. We are on a budget so price is a factor. I would like some recommendations for CPU RAM GPU and maybe even motherboard.

I think minimal solution is I7 2gen (now is 10gen).
Of course it's a subjective opinion.
Much depends on how many cameras you want to use, the more the faster the equipment you need.
8GB Ram,
QSV or NVidia hardware encoder.

We only have one camera. So 8GB Ram. Would a I7 with onboard graphics work then? Since I am looking for ITX format... Would an i7-920 be sufficient?

i7-920 - it's 1gen.
2gen have QSV (hardware encoding)

ok.. just ordered a i7-2700K... That should do it heh? Decided to go for a mATX MB too....
