Build : i5 6600K @ 3.50GHz 16GB RAM G1.Sniper B7 1TB ATI Radeon Rx 480 Graphics (MSI)

Internet speeds 65down 6Up.

Looking for the best 720 60FPS settings for Streaming

Games I stream CoD & H1Z1

Also I get blurryness when I'm in motion on stream .
