Question / Help Recoding quality seems fine, however very laggy

Hey guys,

I have been trying to record with OBS Studio and my recordings have a high quality. However, the video seems to lag. Any suggestion on what to do? My current settings are:

mp4
NVENC H.264
1920x1080

CBR
60000 Bitrate
Keyframeintervall 2
HQ
High
GPU 0
B-Frames

The specs of my PC are the following:

I7 7700k
16GB Ram
GTX 1070

Any help appreciated!

Change to simple output mode
indistinguishable recording quality
flv format
hardware nvenc encoder

Hey for some reason it returned to being laggy again, even though it worked with the settings above perfectly for a few days. Any ideas? I didn't change anything.
