I am unsure if I am posting this correctly. Havent changed settings in months and the past week I've had issues with obs studio. I dont drop network frames but constantly am getting randomly lowered fps and frames missed due to rendering lag and skipped frames when encoding. My average time to render frame will spike from the normal 1.2 ms to 13 ms and everywhere in between. I had a windows update recently (within the last week) and noticed issues since then. I also notice under the logs an error of warning: EOI missing, emulating and am unsure what that means as well. Main thing is solving this issue with the frames skipped/missed that also causes hitches and dropped frames in obs itself. Any help or assistance I'd greatly appreciate.
