Question / Help Recent issues with frames dropping on OBS despite playing online games while streaming

So for the past like 5 days for some reason my frames on OBS started dropping and it has gotten progressively worse, like at first for a 4-3hr stream it was around 0.5 % now its has increased to 2-3%, I have checked my router and modem no problems there, I have done a reset on both, and I have contacted my ISP and they say there is no problem but a tech will still come and check, I have also reduced my bitrate from 3500 to 3000 with no help, My speed is around 400/25 and I have spectrum as my ISP, I attached my stream from today and from last night, Thanks
