If i record video with NVENC will the size of video bigger than if i record it with x264?

Probably yes, since you need a higher bitrate to achieve the same quality as with x264.

Filesize depends on bitrate, NVENC needs higher bitrate than x264 to get the same quality (at default x264 settings). So if you set the bitrate high enough to get equal quality, yes the files will be larger.
