Hi, at the beginning, my CPU is a i7 4770K 3.5GHz
Just recently, I have upgraded my Internet and decided to give casual streaming a go. But the problem is, that no matter which settings I choose, let it even be 720p30fps 1000 bitrate, I would get reaaally choppy image. In not so performance heavy games.
In Witcher 3 for instance (not planning on streaming that, was just curious), if I set it to 720p60fps downscaled, I will get horrendously bad image. It will be around 40-50fps with stuttering all over the place, when I set it to 30fps, it still stutters. I tried setting OBS's process priority to High, but that has only seemed to improve things while being in main menu.
Any ideas? I tried every OBS presets now, all works the same on every one of them.
