Hi I'm brand new to streaming but I followed some guides to setting up OBS but when I watch videos of my stream it's so laggy it's unwatchable. Example: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/217916625
My internet is pretty decent 7.4mbps Up on the last test.
Processor: i5-6600K
Graphics card: Geforce GTX 1070
