Hello so for the longest time I have been stuggling to record any Warzone game play. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I have tried all types of reacording setting but all my records are really laggy/stuttery/choppy. I will aslo add that Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling has been testes on and off both still has bad reacording quality. I also test streamed once and it's also bad. If anyone can help me figure out anything I maybe doing worng let me know or is it time for new CPU and GPU?

A log file with an actual recording session where the issue happens is needed. The one you posted has no session on it.
Do not use CBR for recording. Actually, don't use advanced output at all. You don't need it. keep it in simple output.

The fastest and best way to fix some issues is running the Auto-configuration Wizard selecting recording as main purpose, hardware for encoding and same resolution as you main display monitor.
Apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change anything.
Restart OBS. Yes, it's important to restart OBS at this point.
Test as is. If all goes well, your done.

Now you can test changing the quality presets for a better one. Remember to not use advanced output, keep it on simple output. Only use advanced output if you know what you're doing.

After each test, look inside Help menu and upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
Each time you restart OBS it generates a new log file, so if you want to have one test per log file you can restart OBS for this and have a more accurate analysis.
